There are no government "personal grants." You might find local charities to help. There are student loans available for education.
Apply to the college you want to go to and fill out the FAFSA forms. Then you will find out how much they expect you to contribute to the cost of your education. The rest will be paid by grants, scholarships and loans. Good luck!
