Is there grant money available for a stay at home mom of many years trying to buy an established business?

Also, my husband lost his work after many, many years and is now retraining for a new profession. How do we look for funds during this terrible transition. Our savings is completely depleted and our credit scores are low (600+). We still have children at home.
