I'd like to start a non-profit organization for single moms who have never been married.?

how do I go about it though? I know I need to file with the IRS, but who do I talk to and what forms do I need to fill out? I also want to get some government grants to help with funding. I’d like to help these women get back on their feet. Help find jobs, get supplies for their kids, clothes and whatever else they may need. Can anyone help me?
I was an unwed single mom for awhile there. i have a website set up already. i will still be adding to it though. i already have info on legal stuff, daycare, and birth control. i am also going to start group meeting once/month so we can get to know eachother this way we can have a baby-sitting swap. there’s also a forum where moms can talk to eachother for support or advice.
